My first ballet was wonderful

I was blessed with seeing my first ballet, the Sat., Dec 6, 7:30 perfomance of the Nutcracker at the Detroit Opera House. Very wonderful. Sets were so real. The dancers were very beautiful. The children were such a joy to watch. The young fellow playing Fritz that evening was full of energy playing the part very true to life. His smile was glowing. The little mice were so funny. I am so glad local children were able to show their talents. May I also say my first visit to Detroit; very nice there. Not at all what I expected. Looking forward to returning next year.
