On December 17, Highsmith and Demco are joining together to become the new Demco. Now you can receive the most comprehensive offering of leading-edge products and services from a single source!

3. Do I need to do anything?
No. When you visit Highsmith.com beginning December 17, you'll conveniently be directed to the new Demco website where you'll be asked to sign in to your account with either your Highsmith ID and password or your Demco ID and password. At that time your information will be securely transferred to Demco.
If your organization has never ordered from Demco before, please check with your purchasing team to ensure that Demco is set up as an approved vendor.

5. Will I be getting a Highsmith full line catalog?
At the beginning of the year, you will receive the new Demco 2013 Annual Catalog containing the broadest offering of both Highsmith and Demco products. We will no longer be publishing a catalog under the Highsmith name.

6. Can I get my same products?
All of the best-selling Highsmith products will still be available. In the Demco 2013 Annual Catalog, both Highsmith and Demco product numbers will be listed side-by-side. On the web, you will be able to enter your Highsmith product number into the online search box to see the corresponding Demco product number.
In addition, you will have access to thousands of new products. And if you can't find what you're looking for, give us a call and we'll help!

7. Can I combine Upstart and Highsmith products on one order?
Yes! Demco is excited to carry the popular and fun Upstart products. Now Upstart, Highsmith and Demco items can be conveniently combined on one order.

Yes. It's available for shopping Upstart products only. If you would also like to include Highsmith or Demco products on your order, please shop instead at www.demco.com.

11. I have a contract with Highsmith — will that transfer to Demco?
Yes and more. Demco will match or beat your current Highsmith contract supply discounts to give you great everyday value. You will receive a new number with your Demco 2013 Annual catalog. For a limited time, both your new and old contract numbers can be added to your order the same way you do now. We encourage you to update your records with your new contract number as soon as possible.

12. Do I need to maintain two accounts?
No. All Demco and Highsmith products can now be conveniently ordered through one account. Your Highsmith account information will be combined with your current Demco account information, and can be viewed online at www.demco.com.

13. How do I log in to the Demco website and access my information?
It's easy! Just go to www.demco.com and log in with your current Highsmith ID and password.
Already a Demco customer? You can use that one, too.

14. I had a shopping cart and/or shopping list at Highsmith.com — where did they go?
Both shopping carts and shopping lists at Highsmith.com have been converted to lists at demco.com. Simply log in and click on MY LISTS to find your products.
All Upstart products will remain in your cart and in your lists at www.upstartpromotions.com.

15. Will I lose my order history?
Your Highsmith order history will be transferred to Demco. You can find it under My Account/Order History at www.demco.com. Please note that if you also place orders through the Upstart or Edupress websites, that history will remain on those websites.

16. I see two part numbers for each product in the Demco catalog. Which do I order?
Both numbers are listed for your convenience. We encourage you to update your records with the Demco product numbers. You can enter either product number on Demco's website. If you use the Highsmith product number, you will be automatically routed to its matching Demco product number.
